Bij Lyreco zijn we op zoek naar een tijdelijke (6 maanden) vervanger als Costumer Service Specialist Ear and Eye. Binnen deze functie ben je een expert op het gebied van gehoor
- en oogbescherming binnen onze persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM) business line. Je beantwoord klantvragen via verschillende media.
Als Customer Service Representative Ear & Eye bij Lyreco/Intersafe ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice en ondersteuning aan onze klanten. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het beantwoorden van vragen, oplossen van problemen en het bieden van advies met betrekking tot onze producten en diensten op het gebied van gehoor
- en oogbescherming.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verstrekken van productinformatie en advies over gehoor
- en oogbescherming.
- Behandelen en oplossen van klantklachten en problemen op een efficiënte en professionele manier.
- Verwerken van bestellingen en retourzendingen.
- Bijhouden van klantgegevens en interacties in het CRM-systeem.
- Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
- Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van interne processen en klanttevredenheid.
Vereisten:
- Minimaal een middelbare schooldiploma; een diploma in een relevant vakgebied is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring in klantenservice of een vergelijkbare rol.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Klantgerichte instelling en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Kennis van producten voor gehoor
- en oogbescherming is een pre.
- Vaardigheid in het gebruik van CRM-software en andere relevante tools.
- Teamspeler met een proactieve houding.
