Taken en profiel:

- Wil je graag lid zijn van het management van Q Jobs? Ben je iemand die het belang van het bedrijf vooropstelt? Lees dan zeker verder Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een sales en service excellence manager voor de regio Brussel / Wallonië.
- Taken:

- 1) Strategisch salesbeleid ontwikkelen:

- a. Het uitwerken en voorstellen van een performance mgt aanpak, kantoor overschrijdend voor de hele groep, met als resultaat om tot een uniform salesbeleid te komen met:

- i. Doelstellingen
- ii. KPI’s
- iii. een concreet meetinstrument
- iv. actieplan dat de kantoren kunnen hanteren
- v. optimalisatie/actualisatie minstens 1x per jaar
- b. Coachen van de sales & operations managers bij vragen omtrent de implementatie op de werkvloer en de bijhorende uitdagingen
- c. Opportuniteiten onderzoeken voor sales
- 2) HR-beleid: Recruitment mgt voor de sales
- o aansturing voor de interne rekrutering
- o finaal aanwervingsgesprek en loononderhandeling
- o suggestie en aanbeveling
- 3) PR & Netwerking:

- o employer branding (creativiteit/vindingrijkheid/familiewaarden)
- 4) VTO-beleid
- o Onboarding (vorming) voor instromende medewerkers

Vaardigheden:

- Wie ben je?
- Je hebt min. 10 jaar ervaring in de sector
- Resultaat gedreven
- People manager
- Je hebt commercieel en financieel inzicht
- Je spreekt zeer goed Frans en Nederlands

Aanbod:
