**Vacatureomschrijving**
Als GRC Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en optimaliseren van GRC-processen binnen de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders om te garanderen dat alle compliance-eisen, zoals NIS2 en GDPR, correct worden nageleefd.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- ** Governance**: Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van een effectief GRC-framework en afstemmen van risicomanagementstrategieën op bedrijfsdoelen.
- ** Risicoanalyse**: Identificeren, beoordelen en beheren van IT- en informatiebeveiligingsrisico’s en rapporteren aan stakeholders.
- ** Compliance**: Zorgen voor naleving van relevante wet
- en regelgeving en implementeren van controlemechanismen.
- ** ISMS-beheer**: Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van een Information Security Management System (ISMS) conform ISO 27001.
- ** Stakeholdermanagement**: Fungeren als GRC-expert en effectief communiceren met verschillende teams en management.
- ** Projectmanagement**: Leiden en ondersteunen van GRC-gerelateerde projecten en implementaties.

**Functie-eisen** Jouw profiel**
- Masterdiploma in IT, Bedrijfskunde, Rechten of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in Governance, Risk & Compliance, bij voorkeur in een complexe omgeving.
- Certificeringen zoals CISSP, CRISC, CISM of ISO 27001 Lead Implementer zijn een plus.
- Grondige kennis van ISO 27001-27005, NIS2, GDPR en risicobeheerframeworks.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met risicobeoordeling en naleving.
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en projectmanagementvaardigheden.
- Taalvaardigheid: Nederlands (C2) of Frans (C2) en Engels (C1).
