Vie Funding Solutions Associate

Join us as a Funding Solutions Associate in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)
- To support its expansion, Elite is looking for a Funding Solutions Associate VIE to join the team from July or August 2025, for an initial period of 12 months, in Brussels. The contract might be renewed for 1 additional year in another location. You will report to the Head of Funding Solutions.
- This is a unique opportunity to grow in a demanding role, as a right-hand man/woman to theHead of Funding Solutions, and in close collaboration with other top executives.

You will be primarily responsible for:
- Support ELITE project management activities both on Funding solutions and membership, across different geographies- Analyse business plans and participating in due diligence sessions- Promote and partner with the broader team to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery- Database management: databases update to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial details and customer/client information- Promote ELITE international expansion: support on specific internal and external business opportunities, assisting clients day-to-day requests and relationship management activities- Business development activities: conduct industry and target companies research, develop reports and present those in team meetings- Meeting preparation material and meeting reporting notes with investors, advisors, clients and prospect companies

Your profile:
- Master Degree in Management or Finance- Fluency in both spoken and written English- Good knowledge of Corporate Finance- Proven ability to work in team, and great interpersonal skills- Strong capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel- Data analytics skills- Flexibility, enthusiasm to work within a fast paced work environment- Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
