We are seeking a Medior associate with 3–5 years of experience for our Dispute Resolution Expertise Group. The role, based in Brussels, involves advising and representing clients in state court litigations and international arbitration proceedings under the supervision of Hakim Boularbah and Olivier van der Haegen. Your Profile You hold a master’s degree in Belgian law with an excellent academic record. You have 3–5 years of professional experience in litigation, including international litigation and arbitration, and a proven record in enforcement and attachment proceedings. You have perfect oral and written knowledge of French, excellent knowledge of English, and at least a good passive knowledge of Dutch. You work proactively, are result‑driven, and exhibit strong team‑player qualities, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients. You can perform in‑depth and creative analysis to find pragmatic solutions that meet client requirements. You are eager to further develop your skills in a challenging, international environment.
