**Key Responsibilities**
- **Leadership and Management**:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the hotel.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance guest experiences.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning of all hotel departments.
- Ensure compliance with all IHG standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- **Financial Performance**:

- Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Implement effective cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and by maximizing room occupancy and rates.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Enhance the guest experience through personalized services and attention to detail.
- Ensure all guest areas are well-maintained, clean, and welcoming.
- **Team Development**:

- Train and develop a high-performing team, fostering career growth and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- **Community and Stakeholder Relations**:

- Represent the hotel in the local community and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Participate in local events and initiatives to enhance the hotel’s reputation and visibility.
- Collaborate with IHG corporate teams to align with brand standards and initiatives.

**Profile**
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of **5 years of progressive experience in hotel management**, with **at least 2 years in a senior leadership role**.
- **Track record** of achieving **financial and operational goals** in a high-end hotel environment.
- **Good leadership**, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- **Problem-solving abilities** and **attention to detail.**:

- Fluency in **English** and **Dutch**. Proficiency in French is a plus.
- Knowledge of **IHG brand standards and systems** is a plus.
