**TAKEN**
- Je verzorgt een warm ontvangst voor de gasten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het in
- en uitchecken van gasten
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe gasten
- Je voorziet de gast van de nodige conciërge gerelateerde zaken zoals: restaurant reserveringen, privé-gidsen door de stad, adviezen in (diamanten)winkels, informatie over musea en meer
- Je bent bekwaam met het reserveringssysteem en beantwoordt aanvragen hieromtrent telefonisch en via mail
- Je kunt correct en bekwaam klachten afhandelen en sterk zijn in de opvolging hiervan, zowel acties als communicatie
- Je bent bekwaam in alle Front Office
- en Guest Relations procedures en afhandelingen
- Je hebt kennis over activiteiten en evenementen in het hotel en de stad
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van interne/externe gasten naar de juiste locatie: ontbijt, evenement, kamer en hier de nodige informatie over kunnen verstrekken
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van de nodige administratie, en geldhandelingen
- Je zorgt voor het uitvoeren van nachtportier taken wanneer nodig, zoals het bereiden van roomservice en alle algemene nachtreceptionist taken
- Je ondersteunt de bagagist en portier indien nodig
- Je spreekt mensen continu aan in de lobby en assisteert hen met hun vragen
- Je voorziet mensen in de lobby van een welkomstdrankje indien gewenst

**PROFIEL**
- Je bent in het bezit van mínimaal een Hogeschool diploma, bij voorkeur richting hotelmanagement
- Je hebt ervaring in een 4* of 5* hotel (5* is een pré)
- Je hebt een flexibele instelling en representatief voorkomen
- Je bent een teamplayer met oplossingsgerichte denkwijze
- Je durf om initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
- Je bent gedreven en ambitieus
- Je bent in staat om telkens de verwachtingen van onze gasten te overtreffen
- Je bent stressbestendig en efficiënt
- Je hebt een ‘hands-on mentaliteit´, alles is mogelijk, met de juiste vijfsterrenmentaliteit en creativiteit
- Je hebt een brede taalkennis van mínimaal NL/EN/FR en Duits is een pré
