Every hotel needs a good soul First impressions count. At prizeotel reception, you can make the first impression on our guests. And it will be a good one because you are friendly, smart, helpful, practical and quick - a mixture of scout and manager, so to speak. From saying hello to saying goodbye, you take pleasure in every detail. You enjoy dealing with people and remain relaxed and professional in every situation. Whether it was the drink you mixed or simply your smile - your guests feel at ease and look forward to seeing you again.
**Your tasks & what you can expect**:
As a Guest Service Agent, you are part of our check-in team and are one of the first faces to greet hotel guests when they arrive.
How does check-in work? Enter guest details, collect signatures, code the room card & that's it Whether at reception or at our check-in kiosks, you are there to assist our guests and answer any questions they may have. You'll also conjure up a welcome drink for them at our bar and say goodbye to them with a tip for an excursion into the city.
Working night shifts and answering guest calls are not part of your job - we want you to be able to concentrate on the really important things, namely the personal contact with our dear guests on site.
