**Context**:
The** Head of Private Banking Investment Solutions **will be **responsible for the** **Investment Strategy & Solutions of Private Banking at Group level.** As** a member of the Management Committee of Private Banking,** he/she will contribute to discussions and decision taking related to the Business Unit's strategy in order to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the Private Banking.

**Your Position**:
The incumbent will:

- Define, implement and ensure the follow-up of a high-quality investment process with a good governance, which suits the requirements of the Private Banking department and its clients, in coordination with the Portfolio Managers (PMs) and the Asset Management department.
- Ensure that the client portfolios reflect the investment strategy and the selected building blocks as defined by the investment process. This involves organizing the participation of Private Banking to the investment committees, assuring the generation of an adequate range of model portfolio’s, ensuring the translation of these model portfolios by the PMs in the client portfolios and the generation of client portfolio performance. Focus on ESG and sustainability is paramount.
- Make sure that the investments products and solutions meet the requirements in terms of compliance and quality and are in the clients’ best interests.
- Define a pricing and cost strategy that ensures commercial competitiveness of the investment offering of group Private Banking
- Organize a stream of high-quality financial information towards internal and external clients.
- Steer and coach the teams of investment professionals involved in the investment process (Professionals of discretionary PM, advisory PM, Investments Strategy, Private Assets) by providing leadership and (co)-defining their objectives and evaluations.
- Raise and monitor risk awareness in the teams; monitor adherence to and compliance with external regulations and with the procedures of the Bank.
- Coordinate the Investments activities with the Investments heads of the international affiliates in order to safeguard the same qualitative service level and methodology.
- Act as Senior Client Executive in complex business and client issues.
- Be the Ambassador and represent the Bank at external events, give presentations, network.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of the eco-system of Investments in the large sense in a Private Banking/ Key Families type of environment, and of the competitive environment and of internal and external factors impacting a business.
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment and legal requirements related to investments.
- Dynamic and supportive management style - ability to lead by example.
- Solid collaborative, consultative, influencing, client-centric, and communication skills.
- Persistent and goal oriented with a “can do” problem-solving style.
- You hold a Master in Finance and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management or in Asset Management at well-reputed firms.
- Tri-lingual Dutch, French and English.
