**Om het team van Verzekeringen.be en Aanbieders.be te versterken zijn we binnen de Horizon Group op zoek naar een Operations manager**:

- Je komt terecht in een groeiende en uitdagende omgeving binnen de Horizon Group. Wij staan voor 3 merken (hypotheek.winkel, Verzekeringen.be, Aanbieders.be), samen gebracht onder 1 onafhankelijke groep. Een groep van technologie bedrijven die elk iets bijdragen om verder te groeien naar een financiële digitale en toegankelijke wereld.

Als Operations Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vooruitgang van alle operationele processen van de afdelingen backoffice, customer service center, telesales inbound en outbound voor onze merken Verzekeringen.be en Aanbieders.be.

Je bent lid van het lokale management team en rapporteert aan de CCO van Verzekeringen.be en Aanbieders.be.

**Proces en operation management**
- Coördineren en implementeren van klant
- en campagne processen met een sterke focus op efficiëntie en sales resultaat
- Bepalen van strategieën voor de afdeling en de organisatie in samenspraak met andere management
- en directieleden en deze vertalen naar concrete operationele doelen
- Je stelt financiële en periodieke rapportages op en hebt oog voor operationele resultaten en verbeteringskansen

**People management**
- Je stuurt een 30-tal FTE’s van de operationele afdelingen aan
- Je biedt coaching en begeleiding om de klantentevredenheid en kwaliteit te verbeteren
- Je bent verantwoordelijk om de personeelsbezetting binnen de operationele afdelingen optimaal en efficiënt te plannen

**Welke competenties zoeken we?**:

- People manager en het vermogen om anderen te motiveren
- Je hebt als geen ander inzicht in teamprocessen en procesoptimalisatie
- Je bent analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld
- Stressbestendig
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken, bent assertief en hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit.
- Je bent organisatorisch en communicatief sterk
- Strategisch: je kan langetermijnvisie vertalen naar concrete actieplannen
- Overzicht bewaren en oog voor detail
- Affiniteit met Verzekeringen, Energie & Telco, bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie
- Bij voorkeur ben je tweetalig: Nederlands en Engels
