Role Description

The Senior Operations Manager will design and implement the firm's back office, financial reporting, operations, and compliance functions. The incumbent will take a leadership role in building and overseeing all of the firm's systems, processes, workflows, and procedures. The COO will play a critical role in helping to shape and guide the future growth, development, and culture of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- You’ll partner with the CEO to drive the rhythm of the business. You’ll set and own our top-line metrics to ensure the company is achieving its goals and surface new opportunities to accelerate us towards our mission.
- Maintain warehouse and manage washing center staff include management of stock and hiring of staff.
- Manages all resources required for business, including technology and people
- Manages relationships with external vendors and trading counterparties
- Ensures that all team members are looking for ways to systematize the business to increase efficiency.
- Develops and aligns processes and structures across teams and functions to maximize impact.
- You’ll lead our Go-to-Market (GTM) function at the company and will be responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy in partnership with our GTM leaders.
- Extensive experience working with financial and legal matters at the company through strategy development and implementation.

Educational and Experience Requirements and Preferences

- Experience in an operations, finance, or legal leadership role
- At least 3 years of business and operations management experience
- Previous experience in the Beverage & Food, Events, or Gaming industry (preferred)
- Experience working with leadership to aid strategic direction and priorities, and to establish performance measurement metrics and reporting analyses.
- Strong acumen about industry-relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal aspects
