**Wat ga je doen?**:
Voor een medisch bedrijf gelegen in Brussel, zijn we op zoek naar een Assistant Production Services.

Jouw taken:
1. Planningsoverzicht
Op basis van de opgemaakte productieplanning ervoor zorgen dat alle benodigde documentatie aangemaakt wordt: batch-records op basis van een weektabel, staalnameplan aanvragen bij QC en verkregen labels inwerken in de batchrecords, planning suspensies opmaken en doorgeven aan logistiek met als doel een efficiënte transportplanning te garanderen.

2. Productiedossiers
Voorbereiden, samenstellen en overmaken van de batch records, op basis van aanwezige rapporten in overeenstemming met GMP en GDP richtlijnen en met goedkeuring van QA, met als doel de juiste batch record mee te geven aan productie.

3. Gegevensinvoer
Creatie, afhandeling en afsluiting van de productieorders en productiedata in de daar voorziene systemen (ERP, DMS), met als doel de traceerbaarheid te garanderen.

4. Controle rapporten
Controleren en corrigeren van de batch records volgens de SOP’s, GDP en GMP richtlijnen (aanwezigheid van de nodige handtekeningen, tijdstippen en labogegevens) en indien nodig navragen of terugsturen van batch records, met als doel een finale controle mogelijk te maken voor overdracht naar QA.

**Wie ben jij?**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs.
- Je hebt ervaring binnen een administratieve functie.
- Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een grote troef.
- Kennis van Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel en Access zijn een troef.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans. Je hebt een basiskennis Engels.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig
