Purpose of the job: Define, initiate, support, foster and control all sales activities of the strategic accounts, steer direct sales force, ensure sound management of sales & business plans, pro-actively search & develop new business throught and with other stakeholders in order to secure and maximize sales volume and profitable objectives. Key figures: - # internal employees: 10 FTE - Revenues: 45 - 55Mio Qualification: - Experience: >10 years sales experience - Most important competencies: - Communication & negotiation skills - Analytical / problem solving skills - People management - Project management - Desiveness Most important contacts: - Internal: Director SME/LE (sales, competence center, sales transformation, solutions, operations) - External: Strategic Accounts, key suppliers and partners (vendors, it integrators,) **Responsibilities**: - Define, initiate, support, foster and control all sales activities, steer direct sales force, ensure sound management of sales & business plans, pro-actively search for & develop new business through and with other stakeholders in order to secure and maximise sales volume and profitability objectives - Define, initiate, organise, co-ordinate and control the segment sales activities, participate & intervene in critical & major customer negotiations in order to secure & maximise sales volume and reach profitability objectives by becoming leading or preferred supplier. - Interact and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product & Solution, BNT, Operations,), develop & follow up integrated multi-channel strategy for the segment and units in order to ensure market coverage based on customer preferences and cost efficiency. - Within TB strategy develop & implement - co-jointly with management - a consolidated, realistic & challenging customer driven annual/quarterly business plan & budget for the segment in order to ensure achievement of objectives in terms of the financial and volume drivers. - Co-jointly with the VP Marketing, translate the operating & investment plans into objectives, budgets & targets in order to ensure the achievement of objectives for the Segment. - Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, represent and build know-how around the segment, build up close partnerships with Strategic Accounts in order to ensure professional image building of the segment specifically and of Telenet Business in general. - Develop & maintain own professional expertise & skills and keep abreast of market trends in order to guarantee future quality & know-how and to ensure up-to-date market & technological knowledge. Keep a specific focus on the segment evolution, and share this with BNT, Marketing and Product & Solution teams. - Actively collaborate with the Solutions teams in order to ensure that the growth solutions and service offerings are produced and that adequate solutions are developed for customers. Develop new business/projects on short and mid term. - Lead sales teams, coach and develop sales people in accordance with Telenet HR policies, adopt an open and fair management style in order to obtain a well-informed, competent and efficient workforce being motivated to achieve individual and common sales goals.
