This position plays an important role in the product lifecycle management by performing the analysis, design, communication, and management of software product requirements. Working closely with product managers, this position effectively translates stakeholder vision and customer needs to provide a plan for software product implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Product Managers with the transition of stakeholder requirement requests (One Slider) into detailed software system features.
- Defines detailed software system requirements and/or specifications to support product design, implementation, testing, validation, and end-user documentation for the system(s).
- Organizes and authors requirements documentation in the form of use cases, specifications, or other format, using methods and tools as determined by company policy.
- Documents dependencies and interrelationships among requirements.
- Manages the requirements document approval and requirement change management processes.
- Communicates software requirements and process updates to global development technical teams and business audiences.
- Maintains Requirements Dashboard and Confluence Space for product requirements management.
- Collaborates with quality and validation teams for requirement verification and to improve and refine requirements process activities.
- Develops expert level domain knowledge about software product(s).
- Coordinates global agile team video demonstrations and presentations of product functionality for stakeholders.
- Participates and contributes to process improvement activities and initiatives supporting company goals and objectives.
Minimum requirements
- Domain knowledge
- Project management certification and experience
- Knowledge of requirements engineering principles
- Communicates effectively with global audiences
- Familiar with business process mapping, use case, wire frames and other UML diagrams
- Technical writing principles
