Als Financial Mentor ben jij de mentor en begeleider voor ons cliënteel. Jij helpt hen met het groeien van hun financiën.

Wat doe je precies?
- Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het aanvullen van je agenda.
- Je bent een meester in het opvolgen van cliënteel en geen enkele vraag is voor jou teveel. Je biedt topservice
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en initiatieven om te groeien en zo het cliënteel mee te laten groeien.
- Je behandelt het vermogen van ons ondernemerscliënteel. Hierdoor kan jij de linken leggen en de optimalisaties in kaart brengen. Jij legt de financiële vraagstukken in een klare en heldere taal uit.
- Je behandelt dossiers discreet en neutraal. Je geeft advies in functie van de noden, doelstellingen en behoeften van de cliënt.

- Je neemt je leven in handen en hebt verantwoordelijkheid
- Je zet je tanden in doelstellingen en zet door tot ze bereikt zijn. Je kan creatief en proactief denken waardoor je out of the box oplossingen bedenkt om je doelen te bereiken.
- Communiceren doe je op een gepaste wijze.
- Je bent steeds VOOR een cliënt.
- Wanneer jij je woord geeft, weten derden dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen.
- Je kan omgaan met feedback en targets.
- Je bent commercieel aangelegd.
- Je weet als geen ander hoe je in een team moet functioneren.
- Wanneer jij aan iets begint, zal je er alles aan doen om dit correct af te ronden.

Welke competenties en kennis heb jij hiervoor nodig?
- Bovenstaande criteria zijn de basisfundamenten.
- Je beschikt over een werkervaring in de financiële sector.
- Je kan je kennis verwoorden in een menselijke en heldere taal.
