**Description**
- Gestion de la téléphonie;
- Reception (acceuil clients et gestion des salles de réunions);
- Facturation / crédit control;
- Gestion de l'agenda de procédures, constitution du dossier de pièces et son dépôt au greffe, dépot des conclusions;
- Gestion des courriers entrants et sortants (poster courriers ordinaires et recommandés, gestion des colis, réceptionner, ouvrir et distribuer le courrier aux avocats responsables et encodage document sur la plateforme du cabinet);
- Office manangement et gestion des stocks;
- Gestion des bibliothèques;
- Organisation d'événements et des voyages des avocats;
- Aide dans le recrutement;
- Reporting et autres tâches ponctuelles sur demande des associés.

- Une première expérience dans une fonction similaire;
- Une très bonne connaissance en anglais et en français;
- une personne polyvalente avec un grand sens de l'organisation et des priorités;
- une personne qui sait fait preuve de discrétion.
