**EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE ADVISOR**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven new colleague to join our **Great Place to Work®** team, whose services are focused around their state-of-the-art employee experience survey and culture management tool, recognition of great workplaces and providing inspiring content and support for customers.

**The job**
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor and convince clients of the value and opportunities Great Place to Work offers.
- Be an expert of all Great Place to Work products and services and show clients how they can get the most out of our offer.
- Understand clients’ needs in order to frame _Emprising’s_ (our employee experience survey and culture management tool) value in a way that supports clients’ goals for working with Great Place to Work.
- Own a diverse portfolio of high-touch clients, including onboarding, advising, training and checking in with clients to ensure platform adoption.
- Listen for areas of dissatisfaction and improvement, and relay that information to the team for continuous learning and improvement.
- Offer expertise and best practices in survey design and data structuring.
- Proactively provide updates and relevant information on product changes/updates, GPTW events/research/recognition program to clients.
- Listen for and elevate opportunities to expand partnership through upsells and cross-selling.
- Prepare for and give workshops to inspire positive changes in the workplace.
- Provide service to customers in Dutch, English and from time to time also in French.

**You**
- Are energetic, entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and have a growth mindset.
- Love building client relationships in a mainly virtual setting.
- Have organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across simultaneous projects.
- Have strong communication skills in **English, Dutch and French**.
- Are a great listener who enjoys customers on their best and worst days.
- Are data savvy and feel comfortable advising customers in this.
- Find it important to help our customers to make progress in their own organisation.
- Have a master’s degree, preferably in I/O psychology.
- Have a strong interest in the field of HR Management & Organizational Behaviour.
- Like working in team and are flexible to help team members wherever necessary.
