We are looking for a **Learning Operations Process Specialist** who is analytical, proactive, and collaborative to join our **Learning Operations** team, based in our **Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium**.

**About the role**

You will be working in a team that designs and implements automated processes to improve the efficiency of learning and development programs. Your focus will be on process optimization, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure impactful learning operations.

**Who you’ll work with**

You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team that collaborates closely with HR, IT, and Learning & Development colleagues. Together, you’ll drive innovation in learning operations and deliver high-quality solutions to internal stakeholders.

**What you’ll do**
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline learning processes using Microsoft tools
- Continuously improve automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Provide technical support and training on automation tools and systems
- Act as the main contact for projects related to the HR solution platform
- Analyze learning data to generate insights and improve data quality
- Support business requests with tailored learning operations analysis and guidance

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process automation
- Proficiency in tools like Power Automate, Excel are must haves.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Interest to operate in a learning environment (if already experience in learning environment is nice to have)
