**En tant que Business & Operations Analyst, tu seras rattaché au General Manager du marché belge et tes missions seront les suivantes:
- Assister les équipes dans la création de process internes (sales, marketing etc)
- Être clef, dans le lancement des nouveaux projets pour Heetch Belgique
- Gérer les rapports (weekly, monthly) business et la mise en place de nouveautés produits.
- Connaître tous les chiffres concernant Heetch Belgique
- Être le lien entre l’équipe Belge et Heetch Global, notamment pour les évolutions produits et de process (incluant les deux parties chauffeurs et passagers)
- Analyser la concurrence et les trends du marché du taxi à Bruxelles

**Ce job est fait pour toi si**:

- Diplômé(e) d’École d’Ingénieurs, de Commerce ou équivalent Universitaire, tu as une expérience d’environ 2 ans, idéalement en startup, sur un poste orienté business, opérations ou data analyst.
- Tu sais gérer plusieurs projets en simultané avec plusieurs équipes (marketing, data, produit, opérations)
- Tu parles couramment français et anglais
- Tu es à l’aise avec Excel/Gsheet
- Tu aimes faire parler les chiffres et comprends le fonctionnement d’une marketplace
- Tu es créatif.ve et adores innover en testant de nouvelles idées
- Tu vis à Bruxelles (2 jours de télétravail par semaine)

Bonus : Tu as déjà un peu d’expérience avec SQL et/ou Looker (ou outils similaires)
