The goal is to aid and facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize overall performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. You will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Position Objectives & Responsibilities

**Sales and Marketing reporting**: establish reliable recurrent or ad hoc reporting in the most efficient way (Excel and PowerBI)

Use data from various platforms to analyze the performance of Opel Finance, analyze trends and customer behavior

Follow up bonus schemes and incentive plans to support volumes

Support the budget and reforecast exercise in close collaboration with colleagues

**Pricing**: compute profitability of retail and wholesale production (campaigns, bespoke plans)

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and material (dashboards, sales tools etc)

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners

Assist the Sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product & pricing to competitors' products.

Member of Sales and Marketing Team

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor or Master degree in a study with general background (e.g. economics)

Expert in Excel and more than average knowledge in PowerBI required

Experience in internal sales in the role of Business Analyst/Marketing Coordinator or similar

Experience in automotive industry, preferably in a captive environment is not required but will be considered a plus

Fluent in spoken and written Dutch/French and English

Skills & Knowledge

Profound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI for manipulating data and presenting results

Very precise and accurate but with the right speed of work

An analytical approach

Ability to identify potential gaps and opportunities

Negotiation and influencing skills

Presentation skills

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
