Administration Support Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Administration Support Specialist to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of engagements and operations.
- Organize, schedule and coordinate relevant meetings with stakeholders and customers.
- Remain aware of priorities in order to independently organize and prepare meetings.
- Oversee the service desk system and maintain effective follow-up and/or reminder system for pending actions.
- Channel information to the relevant service as necessary and coordinate timely responses and actions.
- Take minutes at meetings as necessary.
- Collect, categorize and track relevant information required for various tasks and projects by updating electronic filing systems.
- Interpret data by building dashboards for stakeholders or management.
- Serve as first point of contact for requests.
- Assist on procurements.
- Support on administrative matters by assisting in the timely and effective delivery of financial tasks such as the submission of varied Purchase Requests and Orders.
- Produce project data reports and dashboards for management.
**Requirements**:
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Work experience as part of multinational teams dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- Good knowledge of software packages, in particular the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Power BI
- Proven organization and coordination skills
- Experience working with online communication tools (MS Teams)
- Experience in using PowerBI to analyse data and build dashboards
- Demonstrate flexibility and capacity to respond to changing
- Experience of budgetary and financial support duties
- Experience in service and project management duties
