Met een 140-tal winkels in Vlaanderen **(Standaard Boekhandel)**en een 40-tal in Wallonië **(Club)** zijn we een van de meest dynamische retailers van het land. Naast het winkelnetwerk hebben we ons **logistiek center SBL**.

Ter versterking van ons Product Administration team zijn we op zoek naar een **Product Administration Specialist** die voor ons **volledig productassortiment** (fictie, non-fictie, non-books, papierwaren) ondersteunt bij de **aankoop**processen van Standaard

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je zorgt voor correcte, volledige en actuele **product master data**.
- Je zorgt voor de **bestellingen en de registratie** van accurate en actuele bestelinformatie in de systemen (incl. leveringsinformatie en doorgeven financiële informatie aan het Finance team).
- Je **beantwoordt in 2de lijn vragen** van winkels en van de klantendienst m.b.t. bestellingen, leveringen en ons productaanbod.
- Je informeert winkels over de actuele status van **orders**.

**Jouw profiel**:

- **Flexibiliteit** is jouw tweede natuur: je past je makkelijk aan verschillende taken, werkwijzen en verantwoordelijkheden aan en houdt ervan **allround** te werken op verschillende productcategorieën.
- Je werkt **autonoom** en beheert efficiënt het **timemanagement** over jouw diverse taken. Je behoudt het overzicht over jouw taken, bewaakt je eigen vooruitgang aan de hand van checklists en evaluatie
- en meetmomenten en stelt prioriteiten. Knelpunten in je tijdsbesteding signaleer je tijdig.
- Je streeft ernaar **kwalitatieve service** te bieden aan onze winkels en klanten en doet hiervoor de extra mile. Je denkt actief mee over hoe we de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening kunnen verhogen.
- Je zoekt zelfstandig en **proactief** duurzame oplossingen en neemt **initiatieven** om efficiënter te werken.
- Je beheerst het **Nederlands** op moedertaalniveau en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het **Frans en Engels**.
