Réaliser les plans masses des projets ;
- Elaborer les cahiers des charges destinés aux bureaux d’études et

architectes (marchés de service) ainsi qu’aux entreprises (marchés de
travaux);
- Elaborer les budgets et les plannings prévisionnels ;
- Analyser les dossiers de soumission ;
- Analyser et vérifier les documents techniques des marchés : fiches

techniques, rapports d’essais, plans d’exécution ;
- Coordonner l’activité des différentes entreprises avec l’activité

aéroportuaire (sûreté, sécurité, police, douane, concessions
commerciales, etc) en cours de chantier ;
- Définir des méthodologies de construction afin de conserver un haut

niveau de sécurité et de sûreté et de limiter les nuisances pour les
usagers ;
- Assurer le suivi du budget : approuve les états d’avancement et les

factures, analyse de manière rigoureuse les décomptes, réalise le
planning de facturation ;
- Vérifier la bonne exécution des travaux ;
Superviser et coordonner les équipes opérationnelles externes
pluridisciplinaires (bureau d’étude, entreprises) ;
- Intégrer les critères environnementaux ;
- Rédiger des notes informatives à destination des services internes et

des partenaires ;
- Proposer des investissements d’économie d’énergie et d’optimisations

opérationnelles (ROI).
Profil recherché
- Diplôme : Ingénieur en construction, génie civil, bâtiment ou

architecte
- Bonne connaissance et expérience démontrée en marché public de

service et de travaux.
- Langues : français et anglais
- Excellentes connaissances informatiques (outils MS Office), mais

aussi : autocad, MS Project
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives et doté d’un « team building spirit »
- Capacité à analyser, intégrer, synthétiser et structurer une grande

quantité d’informations
- Capacité à apporter une dimension conceptuelle aux projets
- Capacité à convertir des obstacles en opportunités : faculté

d’anticipation et de réaction
- Faire preuve d’innovation et de créativité dans la gestion des projets
