Our client, a company specialized in the construction and renovation sector is looking for a Project Manager to expand its team in Belgium.
**Responsibilities**:
You will provide a precise analyze of a situation or a project and the total cost;
You will manage intervention and maintenance teams ;
You will participate in site meetings with the clients ;
You will carry out the execution file to enable optimal site monitoring (technical plan ,respect of instructions and deadlines );
**Profile**:
You hold a degree in construction, architect, industrial engineer, civil construction engineer or proven experience in the construction sector;
You have at least 5 years’ experience as a project manager, construction manager or previous experience as a construction contractor or in a similar function as an architect;
You are methodical, analytical and precise;
You are proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs ,Drive, Agenda);
You hold a driving license;
You speak Dutch and French (English would be a plus);
