If you are excited about joining a fast-growing insurtech innovator with a passion for excellence and global culture, Shift is the place for you.**: **YOUR ROLE**: As a Business Development Rep, you will help build the Sales pipeline and have an important contribution to our growth. Your role in Shift adventure will be to strategize with your Account Executive partners and to generate highly qualified leads within the Insurance vertical. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Create meetings and drive sales qualified pipeline - Qualify inbound lead flow from Marketing/Partner campaigns. - Drive a BANT process to qualify and move pipeline through the funnel to a "Qualified" lead. - Taking a lead from creation to close. - Collaborate and strategize with the sales and marketing teams to identify, research, and target the right prospects' stakeholders to sell to; - Tailor communication to the prospect's needs with confidence as well as effectively communicate deal progress internally; - Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers; - Stay informed about competing products and services; - Achieve your sales targets steadily. **YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE**: - **Fluent Dutch skills with Excellent knowledge of business English**: - Excellent communication skills, including oral written, and non-verbal; - Excellent phone and customer service skills; - Ability to think strategically, to systematically solve problems and hypothesize possible pain points and implicit needs; - The ambition to build a career in sales; - High energy and results-driven personality; - Ability to consistently meet and exceed metrics; - University degree in a business-related field; - Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position in B2B enterprise SaaS solutions. **EEO Statement**: **_At Shift we strive to be a diverse and inclusive workforce.
