Business Development Representative (Bi-lingual in English and German OR Dutch)Salary: €33,000 Basic + OTE (Package Potential Higher) | Location: Vilvoorde, BelgiumAre you ready to join a rapidly expanding international company and build your career in the exciting, high-tech visual media and broadcast sector?We are seeking a proactive and structured Business Development Representative (BDR), also known as an Internal Sales Representative, to be a critical part of our growing team in Vilvoorde, Belgium. This is a chance to work in an innovative, international start-up environment that is globally connected, providing professional video, film, and photographic equipment to major producers and broadcasters.If you thrive on challenge and want to help build a fantastic future, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring everything runs smoothly.Work closely with Sales Account Managers to serve customers via telephone, email, or perhaps in our showroom.Engage in exciting projects and new challenges.Manage the core sales administration cycle: prepare quotations, create purchase orders for products, and diligently process and track orders in our ERP system.Ensure an optimal supply chain by taking a proactive role in customer and supplier contact via email and telephone.Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including suppliers and English and Belgian colleagues from teams like Purchasing, Finance, and Customer Care.Assist with various assignments, such as events in the showroom alongside the Marketing team or stock counts, working closely with the warehouse.Organise the showroom, including stock rotation and communication, in partnership with our UK team.Who We Are Looking For:We are searching for individuals who are service-oriented, commercially interested, and demonstrate exceptional organisational capabilities.You can easily communicate with different parties in English and German OR Dutch.You are excellent at setting priorities and working in a structured manner.You have an affinity for technology and an interest in the broadcast/film industry.You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.You are an expert at working independently.You have an unrivaled ability to keep all the balls in the air in a dynamic environment.You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Package and Benefits:Competitive Salary: €33,000 basic salary, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) designed to take your total package higher.A fun, dynamic working environment with a future in a large international company.Competitive salary supplemented with fringe benefits, including group and hospitalisation insurance.Training opportunities and professional development.Modern, ergonomic working environment located in Vilvoorde (office, warehouse, and showroom).Pareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
