In a highly regulated GMP environment, you will supervise productionsupport operations. This role places you at the heart of manufacturinglife-changing solutions for patients.
**Mission**
You will lead production support activities (Grade B cleaning,material transfer, cryopreservation, sterilization) and ensure operationalcoordination in a cell therapy manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise support teams and organize daily tasks
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and EHS standards
- Manage quality documentation (SOPs, batch records, work instructions)
- Participate in tech transfers and process optimization
- Prepare for internal and external audits
- Lead operational meetings (Tier 1 & 2)
- Contribute to training and continuous improvement initiatives
**Profile**
- Degree in science, bio-engineering, pharmacy or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in a GMP environment + 5 years managing teams of 10+ people
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of EMEA regulations, Lean Manufacturing, and MES/EBR tools
