**Je job als Logistics Operations Support**
Als Logistics Operations Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor een brede waaier aan taken die bijdragen aan de efficiëntie van een goed geolied proces binnen onze logistieke car-operaties in Honda Motor Europe Logistics te Gent.
**Je haalt energie uit**
- Het management administratief en operationeel **ondersteunen** bij de dagelijkse coördinatie van operationele bedrijfsactiviteiten en administratieve taken (analyse en rapportering van operationele prestaties, KPI’s, timing,);
- Dagelijkse operationele activiteiten **opvolgen**;
- Ad hoc acties en campagnes **voorbereiden** en pragmatisch uitwerken;
- Over dagelijkse operationele activiteiten en ad hoc acties en campagnes **rapporteren**;
- Bestaande processen **optimaliseren** door vooraf gedefinieerde projecten pragmatisch en probleemoplossend uit te werken;
- Oplossingen **onderzoeken** door data te verzamelen, analyses uit te voeren en verbeteringstrajecten voor te stellen.
**Jouw troeven**
- Als een geboren teamplayer zijn je communicatieve vaardigheden en je probleemoplossend vermogen je sterkste troeven. Je hebt een pragmatische en can-do attitude en je kan werken in een werkomgeving ‘in beweging’.
- Je combineert je Bachelor-diploma met een eerste werkervaring.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van de gebruikelijke MS Office (Excel,) tools en je houdt ervan om de rapporten op te maken en om de dagelijkse operaties op te volgen.
- Ervaring in de logistieke sector is een grote meerwaarde, geen must. Interesse en goesting des te meer
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Engels.
