**Le job**:
- Assurer le bien-être des collègues.
- Ajuster, développer et mettre en place notre stratégie de Learning & Development. Collaborer avec notre JEDI’S officer pour tous les thèmes relatifs au JEDI’S.
- Tu deviendrais notre nouveau-elle conseillèr-e en prévention.
- Collaborer avec notre JEDI’S officer dans sa mission de rendre notre organisation plus inclusive et diverse.
- Travailler sur d’autres projets RH dépendamment des besoins de l’organisation et de l’équipe.
**Toi**:
- Tu es une personne sociable avec une connaissance bien intégrée de la diversité et de l’inclusion.
- Tu te soucies du bien-être de tes collègues.
- Tu as un esprit stratégique et arrive à te concentrer sur les solutions plutôt que sur les problèmes.
- Tu ne veux pas uniquement travailler sur la stratégie mais aussi mettre tout cela en place dans l’opérationnel.
- Tu aimes analyser des données pour créer des plans d’actions.
- Tu as de l’expérience dans le design d’organisation (spécifiquement dans la gouvernance partagée) et/ou dans l’accompagnement au changement.
- Tu sais travailler de manière autonome.
- Tu parles parfaitement Français ou Néerlandais et as une bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue et de l’Anglais.
