Clifford Chance is currently looking for a junior lawyer for its tax practice.

Our Tax Practice

We act for clients, ranging from global businesses to small enterprises, on a broad range of tax aspects. We provide our clients innovative and practical tax advice on a standalone basis and as an integral part of the firm's representation on transactions, with particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional matters. We have experience of advising on the full spectrum of corporate, financing, investment and real estate transactions, as well as tax litigation, disputes and transfer pricing. In addition to corporate tax expertise, we have specialists who advise on VAT and other indirect taxes.

What you will be responsible for

You will serve clients with their tax law aspects. You will be part of a strong team and you will contribute actively to our advisory work with respect to tax law. You will have benefit of supervision and training by experienced lawyers.

Skills and Qualifications

You have successfully obtained a Belgian Master's degree in law. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
Your legal, entrepreneurial and communication skills are impeccable, and you enjoy a job well done.

We are looking for entry-level associates.
