Het gaat om strategische projecten met een budget tussen €2,5M en >€100M, die zowel technische modernisering, integraties, dataflows als operationele ICT-processen omvatten.De ICT Technical Lead is verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de ICT-werkstroom binnen PMO-gedreven trajecten, waarbij de rol de brug vormt tussen businessdoelstellingen, technische uitwerking, budgetbeheer en stakeholdermanagement.KERNTAKEN & VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDENLeiden van ICT-tracks van grote programma's van start tot opleveringVertalen van businessbehoeften naar ICT-scope, roadmap en deliverablesAansturen van planning, governance, risico-beheer en voortgangsrapportageSamenwerken met stakeholders over verschillende afdelingen en business unitsCoördineren van multidisciplinaire teams in een matrix-structuurAansturen van externe ICT-partners en leveranciersBeheer van budgetten (CAPEX/OPEX) en financiële opvolging richting sponsorsOndersteunen van change-management en continuous improvementCoachen van minder ervaren teamleden in project- en ICT-werkingVEREISTE PROFIEL10–12+ jaar ervaring in ICTMinstens 5 jaar in ICT-project- of programmaleidingAantoonbare ervaring met complexe stakeholder-omgevingenErvaring met budgetbeheer en rapportering op senior niveauBegrip van public tendering / contractcreatie is een plusKennis van ICT-governance, frameworks en methodieken (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL)Sterke communicatieve vaardighedenVloeiend Nederlands + EngelsIDEALE PERSOONLIJKHEIDHelikopterzicht en strategische denkerDiplomatisch maar besluitvaardigSterk in beïnvloeden zonder formele hiërarchieStressbestendig, rustig en gestructureerdIn staat om zowel met engineers als met directie te sprekenWAAROM DIT INTERESSANT ISRol met grote zichtbaarheid en business-impactDeel van een nationaal strategisch ICT-programmaVeel invloed op technische beslissingen en governanceFreelance opdracht met 2-jarige continuïteit en stabiliteit
