Project DescriptionThe project involves the transformation and migration of payroll operations to Strada, a global payroll service provider, with a strong focus on Belgian payroll and leave compliance.The objective is to ensure a smooth transition from the existing payroll setup to Strada by accurately transferring payroll data, aligning processes, and implementing statutory payroll and leave rules in accordance with Belgian legislation.The project requires close coordination between internal teams and the payroll provider, participation in implementation workshops, and hands-on support during all phases of the migration. Key activities include payroll data preparation and validation, completion of required implementation templates, support during system configuration, and ensuring legal and operational readiness before go-live.A strong emphasis is placed on compliance, data accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation, ensuring payroll continuity and regulatory adherence throughout the transformation process
