WHO WE ARE:Founded in November 2018 from the dream of two friends to "nourish the world with positivity and wellness," Poke House is the category leader in fast-casual poke restaurants, serving its fresh and colorful bowls in over 120 Houses across seven countries (Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Portugal, Romania, Belgium and in the United States through a partnership with Sweetfin), as well as in other markets already set for expansion.Offering a purchasing experience that merges online convenience with modern dining, Poke House connects the digital and physical worlds.Poke House's rapid expansion is made possible by highly attractive business units, strong growth drivers, a scalable model, and an active community of poke lovers.To consolidate our success and build a strong structure for controlling and managing our stores, we are looking for an Area Manager to join our team.This role requires a proactive and hands-on mindset, as it comes at a time of rapid growth for the company and demands highly motivated individuals who embrace change.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Coordinate Store Managers to ensure sales targets are met, and take action when neededEnsure correct implementation of company guidelines regarding product quality, internal procedures, service levels, and store managementAnalyze KPIs and implement any necessary improvement plansAct as the point of contact between HQ and the stores under your responsibilityTrain store staff and promote internal growth by fostering a culture of continuous feedbackLead, develop, and motivate your store teams, enhancing your Managers' skillsMonitor, improve, and maintain excellence in customer journey management, HACCP compliance, cleanliness, and hygiene in the storesOversee staff scheduling set by Store Managers and monitor labor costMaintain relationships with landlords and/or shopping center managementProvide the Headquarters with data and insights about the market situation, customer needs, and competitors' activitiesSOFT SKILLS:Passion for the Food Tech sectorResults-driven mindsetStrong organizational and analytical skillsNegotiation, conflict resolution, and feedback managementInitiative and stress managementFlexibility in working hoursEnthusiasm and a positive attitudeTeamwork and effective communicationDetermination and ambitionREQUIREMENTS:Previous experience as Store Manager and Area Manager (preferably in fast casual dining/fast food/food service)Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAvailability to work shifts and 6 days a weekWillingness to travel, including outside of assigned territoryFliuent level of English and FrenchWHAT WE OFFER:Contract and compensation based on the candidate's seniorityThe opportunity to be part of the project from the ground up and understand how a successful restaurant chain growsFull-time contractThis job posting is open to all genders, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 198 of April 11, 2006, "Equal Opportunities Code for Men and Women," and to individuals of all ages and nationalities, pursuant to EU Directive 2000/78/EC on equal treatment in employment
