Office Manager & Executive Assistant of a Non-Profit (Part-time, Hybrid – 80% Home)The Royal Belgian Society of Rheumatology (KBVR–SRBR) is looking for a part-time Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our team.You'll be the administrative backbone of our association, supporting office operations, accounting, events, and projects for our scientific society (KBVR-SRBR) and research fund (FWRO-FRSR).This role has core responsibilities, but we're open to shaping it around your skills and interests, allowing it to grow with you Why this role matters: Join a non-profit dedicated to helping patients with rheumatic diseases, supporting Belgian research, and advancing scientific progress in rheumatology. Your work will make a real impact in patients' lives. What you'll do:Manage invoices, memberships, and legal filesOrganise the office, meetings, and daily administrationSupport events, awareness campaigns, and our three annual scientific congressesAssist with communication, website, and social media updatesTranslate or review documents in Dutch, French, and English What we're looking for:Fluent in Dutch (ideal but not an absolute must have), good command of English, understanding of FrenchBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or communicationProficient with Microsoft 365Autonomous, organized, flexible, and motivatedAvailable for evening meetings (1-2 /month) and 2-3 weekends per year.
