Freelance Project: Business Functional AnalystWe are looking for an experienced Business Functional Analyst for a freelance assignment in the banking and regulatory domain. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and scrum teams to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.Start Date: JanuaryDuration: 6 months (+ possible extension)Work Regime: Full-time, hybrid (2 days per week onsite)Languages: Dutch or French + fluent EnglishYour ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specificationsCreate user stories in Jira and maintain documentation in ConfluenceDesign service specifications and collaborate on data models with architectsSupport scrum teams during development and testing phasesWork closely with product owners and business stakeholdersProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a functional analystStrong analytical and technical skillsExperience with Mainframe (basic knowledge), Oracle, SQL, and UML or similar modeling tools are a mustKnowledge of functional specification methods and toolsExcellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environmentsTeam player with attention to detail Interested?
