To reinforce our Sales team, we are currently looking for a Freelance Key Account Manager Out-Of-Home. This is a full-time long term freelance assignment, playing a key role in growing our brands within the foodservice market.Responsibilities You develop and implement the OOH sales plan for your assigned accounts in close collaboration with the Sales Manager OOH. You define clear objectives in terms of sales, volume and profitability. You negotiate with customers on prices, conditions and volumes to achieve agreed sales targets. You build and maintain strong partnerships with major wholesalers, cash & carry operators and office suppliers. You broaden your commercial scope beyond the Belgian market by managing a selection of export clients. You introduce new products and set up impactful promotional activities in line with the marketing plan. You manage each account at P&L level and analyse the performance of campaigns. You collaborate closely with the Retail team to ensure a consistent commercial approach across channels. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have approximately 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or a similar commercial environment. You have strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation and presentation skills. You combine analytical thinking, strategic insight and hands-on execution to deliver tangible results. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership, make decisions and drive initiatives forward. You are analytically strong and comfortable managing P&L responsibilities. You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a solid knowledge of English. You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. You are eager to make an impact and add value in a company that values passion, ownership and initiative.
