Your impactAs Key Account Manager, you are the face of Ahlers for a portfolio of strategic customers. You don't just manage accounts — you build partnerships. By understanding your customers' businesses, challenges, and ambitions, you help design innovative logistics solutions that support their success and ours.You connect commercial strategy with operational excellence and collaborate closely with colleagues across Ahlers to deliver outstanding service, sustainable growth, and long-term customer satisfaction. What you'll do Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customers and become their go-to logistics partnerIdentify growth opportunities through cross-selling, up-selling, and new service developmentDevelop and execute strategic key account plans that drive revenue and value creationLead commercial negotiations, tenders, and complex customer engagementsWork closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service deliveryTranslate customer insights into improvements, innovations, and future-ready solutionsMonitor performance, lead business reviews, and keep stakeholders aligned What you bringYou combine commercial drive with a genuine interest in your customers' businessesYou enjoy working in complex environments and take ownership of your accountsYou think strategically, but act pragmaticallyYou build trust easily and communicate with impactYou are comfortable navigating change and complexityYou are fluent in English and confident in an international contextExperience in logistics or supply chain management is a strong asset, but above all, we value curiosity, ownership, and partnership mindset.
