Serving as the cornerstone of global financial telecommunication, it plays a pivotal role in facilitating the backbone of the industry's infrastructureProject OverviewS2P Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution, working under the guidance of the Project Lead.You'll collaborate with multiple teams — Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and other business units — as well as external vendors to ensure a smooth rollout.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the full S2P platform implementationDefine deliverables, timelines, and resource needs (internal & external)Execute and monitor the project plan, tracking progress and managing escalationsProvide project reporting and communication to ensure business alignmentCoordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for timely deliveryIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecksSupport business process mapping and system design sessionsManage risks around security, resources, and quality, escalating when neededCollaborate with IT to ensure integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday)Drive user adoption and ensure a smooth transition to the new systemQualifications & ExperienceProven experience implementing a Source-to-Pay solution5+ years of project management in procurement or finance transformationDeep understanding of S2P processes,A little about us:Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
