Context :The organisation is seeking a trilingual Business Analyst with hands-on experience in microservices and API-driven ecosystems.You will work in an Agile/Scrum team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, ICT coordinators, and enterprise architects to support the evolution of mission-critical tools.Role & Responsibilities :Functional Analysis & User StoriesAnalyse assigned tools and translate business needs into clear, structured user storiesCollaborate with key users to refine requirements and understand operational impactsProcess Adaptation & Implementation Follow-upAnalyse business process changes introduced by new tools or versionsFollow up on implementation in close collaboration with the Product Owner / Project Lead and ICT coordinatorMicroservices & API ContributionsMaintain and update functional and business artefacts, including: Information models, User stories, Process flowsContribute to the evolution and integration of multiple tools based on microservices and API chainsCollaborate with enterprise architects and other analysts to ensure alignment with the overall roadmap and future IT landscapeProactively propose roadmap improvements based on business insightsCross-team CollaborationStrengthen functional and process integration across multiple tools and microservicesWork closely with analysts from parallel projects to ensure coherent and integrated toolchainsQuality, Security & ComplianceOperate in a highly regulated environment governed by strict standards, including: ISO 9001 (Quality), EN 50.128 (Railway signalling), ISO 27001 / NIS (Security)Ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance of all documentationTechnical Skills & RequirementsLanguages : Trilingual (Fluent Dutch, Fluent English with B2 in French) Core CompetenciesMinimum 2 years experience as a Business AnalystMinimum 2 years experience in Functional AnalysisExperience with:Jira, Confluence, MiroFigma Balsamiq (at least one project)Enterprise Architect (at least one project)Knowledge of:BPMN, UML APIs, data flows, Swagger (at least one project)Java / Angular / microservices environments (as an analyst)Understanding of EN 50.128 and ISO 9001 standardsBusiness Analysis certification (or equivalent) is a plus
