Voor een toonaangevend infrastructuurproject binnen de Belgische bouwsector zijn wij via NOVA Engineering op zoek naar een ervaren Area Lead Buyer Civiele Bouw. Je komt terecht in een technisch complexe en multidisciplinaire projectomgeving waar strategische aankoopbeslissingen een directe impact hebben op planning, budget en projectresultaat.Je werkt mee aan het deelproject Rechteroever van de Oosterweelverbinding in Merksem, één van de meest prestigieuze infrastructuurprojecten van België. In deze context werk je nauw samen met tender en uitvoeringsteams en neem je een sleutelrol op binnen het aankoopproces.Als Area Lead Buyer Civiele Bouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal en tijdig organiseren van aankopen, zowel tijdens de tenderfase als tijdens de uitvoering. Je bewaakt de economische belangen van het project, met aandacht voor techniek, planning, risicomanagement en QHSES. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor aankoop binnen jouw deelgebied en adviseert het projectteam waar nodig.Concreet zal jij:Aankopen voor een toegewezen deelgebied zelfstandig organiseren en opvolgenEen beperkt aankoopteam aansturen en begeleidenAankoopdossiers beheren van strategie en offertevraag tot en met contractopstellingHet projectteam adviseren over aankoopstrategieën en marktbenaderingenIntens samenwerken binnen multidisciplinaire tender en projectteams zoals ontwerp, werkvoorbereiding, financiën en juridischRapporteren aan de hoofd aankoperWie zoeken weJe beschikt over een Bachelor bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaringJe hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als aankoper binnen de civiele bouw, bij voorkeur op complexe projectenJe bent NederlandstaligJe hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische markt en de civiele bouwsectorJe beschikt over voldoende technische bagage om diverse bouwgerelateerde aankopen te beherenJe communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel intern als externJe werkt gestructureerd, planmatig en resultaatgerichtWat bieden weDankzij onze persoonlijke aanpak en doorgedreven technische kennis willen we jou via NOVA Engineering een omgeving bieden waarin je jouw expertise verder kan uitbouwen binnen uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten.Daarbovenop mag je rekenen op aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder:Vast contract van onbepaalde duurPremium bedrijfswagen met tankkaartAanzienlijke forfaitaire nettovergoedingUitgebreide hospitalisatie, groeps en tandverzekeringFlexibel cafetariaplan voor onder meer fietsleasing of IT materiaalMaaltijdchequesEindejaarspremie en vakantiegeld32 verlofdagenOok als freelancer ben je een volwaardig lid van ons team.
