Samen, als één groot team focussen we ons op ontwikkelen, bouwen en onderhouden van toonaangevende gebouwenprojecten.BAM Interbuild is binnen België de gebouwenspecialist bij uitstek voor hoofdzakelijk het Vlaamse en het Brusselse gewest. Projecten zoals het MAS en het Havenhuis in Antwerpen, en de Finance Tower, het NAVO hoofdkwartier, en het Résidence Palace in Brussel zullen zeker een belletje doen rinkelen.Ter versterking van ons team kijken we binnen BAM Interbuild uit naar een Project Manager M&E om onze organisatie naar een hoger te tillenWat ga je doen?Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je dossiers speciale technieken in de bestel- en uitvoeringsfase:Je contacteert de nodige onderaannemers en analyseert hun offertesJe verwerkt en bespreekt VGM-zaken met onderaannemersJe optimaliseert de offertes speciale technieken door het overmaken van suggesties van studiebureaus, het voorstellen van alternatieven en het maken van eigen studiesJe selecteert vervolgens de juiste onderaannemer voor het projectEens in uitvoeringsfase coördineer jij je projecten m.b.t. speciale technieken:Je voert controles uit op de uitvoeringJe neemt deel aan de opmaak van risicoanalysesJe voert regelmatig VGM-rondgangen uit op de wervenWie zoeken wij?Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen elektromechanica of bouwkundeJe hebt een 5-tal jaar ervaring in de realisatie van projecten binnen speciale technieken (HVAC, elektriciteit en sanitair)Je bent Nederlands- of Franstalig met kennis van de andere landstaalDoor "out of the box" te denken ben je in staat om patronen te doorbreken en processen te verbeteren, want jij bent oplossingsgerichtHoe complex taken ook zijn, jij krijgt ze steeds efficiënt georganiseerdDankzij je proactieve houding en je nauwkeurige manier van werken denk je steeds vooruit, met het resultaat duidelijk in het vizierWat bieden wij?Vraag jij je af wat je buiten een nieuwe uitdaging nog krijgt?Als je voor ons komt werken, kom je terecht in een mensgerichte organisatie waar collegialiteit en openheid centraal staan.
