As an integrator, it links design offices to on-site construction, while placing People, Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the heart of its projects.Our revenue have more than tripled in the past three years.ContextTo strengthen our Talent Acquisition team and address the growing demand for technical and engineering profiles, we are hiring a TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER (m/f).You will play a key role in the proactive identification of talent contributing to the development of our activities in the construction and metalworking sectors.This position reports to the HR Leader.Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs, especially for all qualified technical profiles.Deploy multi-channel sourcing strategies: LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, job boards, specialized networks, direct approach, and partnerships with schools or training programs.Screen candidates through preliminary phone interviews to assess their alignment with the role requirements.
