A fast‐growing, multi‐entity group is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to support and manage the upcoming audit cycle across several business units. This role is ideal for a hands‐on finance professional with strong audit experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and drive progress across multiple entities.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for external auditors (Big Four).Coordinate and project‐manage the audit process across multiple group entities to ensure timelines are met.Work closely with entity FDs/FCs to support audit readiness and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.Identify issues, bottlenecks, or gaps in audit evidence and proactively resolve them.Review financial statements, schedules, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.Drive communication between group finance, entity-level teams, and external auditors.Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls and audit preparedness.Provide technical accounting input where requiredAbout YouQualified accountant with significant audit and/or financial reporting experience.Experience working with or within a Big Four or mid-tier audit firm is highly desirable.Strong project management capability - able to manage deadlines across multiple entities.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Hands‐on, detail‐oriented, and solutions-focused.
