Job Role- Test ManagerLocation - Brusseles, BelgiumJob Description:Core ResponsibilitiesImplement a harmonized testing strategy across squads for E2E and UAT phases related to the NBP Program.Implement and Evangelize Azure DevOps-based test management and common reporting standards (pipelines, dashboards, traceability) to harmonize the way of working cross squad following guidelines from central NBP team.Facilitate and promote Cross Squad Coordination to ensure alignment on dependencies, test execution, test environments, and test data.Design and maintain reusable test scenarios: Together with the squad, work on harmonized and recognizable test scenarios which are linked to requirements for domain and cross-domain (E2E) functionality.Prepare and execute functional / E2E tests (manual)when requiredSoft SkillsStrong coaching skills: take squads and squad members by the hand and work on a common way of working cross squad.Strong communication & stakeholder management: Coordinate across squads, domains, and business users.
