With a culture that values collaboration, progression, and expertise, the firm provides the ideal platform for ambitious professionals to succeed.The RoleAs a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering transfer pricing advisory services to a portfolio of multinational clients. You will manage projects end-to-end, provide technical guidance, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in developing junior colleagues and driving the growth of the transfer pricing practice in Brussels.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the delivery of transfer pricing projects, including planning, compliance, documentation, and dispute resolution.Advising multinational clients on complex cross-border transactions, restructurings, and value chain analysis.Managing and mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters.Collaborating with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the transfer pricing practice in Belgium.RequirementsA professional qualification in economics, finance, law, or accountancy.Strong experience in transfer pricing, ideally gained within a Big 4 or top advisory firm.Solid technical knowledge of OECD guidelines, Belgian regulations, and international transfer pricing principles.Proven experience in managing projects and developing client relationships.Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in French or Dutch is also required.A commercial mindset, leadership ability, and ambition to progress within a leading global firmWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary package with performance-related bonus.Comprehensive benefits, including pension, healthcare, and flexible working arrangements.Exposure to high-profile, cross-border client engagements.Clear progression opportunities with strong support for career development.A collaborative, international, and dynamic working environment.
