Keep readingYour Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, encode, and submit permit requests to local authorities in accordance with regional regulations.Ensure complete and accurate documentation for each permit dossier (creation, updates, and follow-up).Monitor the progress of permit applications and proactively follow up with local administrations to ensure timely approvals.Collaborate closely with internal teams (project management, design, and construction) to provide updates on permit statuses and anticipate potential delays.Support compliance with local and European regulatory requirements related to telecom (FTTH) infrastructure projects.Our ExpectationsVery good computer knowledge (MS Office)Fluent in Dutch and good in English and/or FrenchA basic knowledge of the Belgian telecom industry is a plusA good understanding of the legislation and public regulations regarding FTTH, RHF & BP is a plusAny experience in Osiris, GIPOD or PoWalco as digital tooling is a plusOur OfferFull-time permanent contract.Competitive compensation with an extensive package of fringe benefits, such as meal vouchers (€8/day), eco vouchers, health insurance, year-end premium, net expense allowance.An exceptionally contemporary workplace, where we prioritize a warm and people-centric atmosphere, ensuring that your daily experience takes centre stage.You work 40 hours per week.
