We're hiring: Field Sales Representative (BeLux)Are you energized by building relationships, working independently in the field, and creating real impact with local businesses? Then this role might be exactly what you're looking for.A fast-growing last-mile logistics player is expanding its pickup & drop-off (PUDO) network across South Belgium and Luxembourg. To support this growth, we're looking for a Field Sales Representative who will take ownership of a region and build strong, long-term partnerships with local retail stores.Your responsibilitiesRecruit local stores: identify, approach, negotiate and close partnerships with retailersOnboard & train partners on tools, systems and operational processesFollow up & evaluate performance through regular quality checksEnsure compliance & service excellence across the networkBuild loyalty and maintain long-term relationships with partnersReport insights & suggest improvements to enhance customer experienceWho we're looking forExperience in field sales or commercial prospecting, ideally with local retailersStrong communication and negotiation skills in French, English is a bonus Proactive, autonomous and well-organizedCustomer-focused with a relationship-driven mindsetWhat's in it for youFull-time role (38h/week, Monday–Friday)Competitive salary + attractive fringe benefitsCompany car with charging cardHigh level of autonomy and ownership in your regionJoin a company with strong growth ambitions and a clear long-term visionInterested in learning more (confidentially)?Apply directly or send me a message for an informal conversation.
