**Freelance position**Languages: French and English required; Dutch preferredSummaryWe are seeking a Compensation and Change Management Consultant to support the implementation, communication, and optimisation of key reward initiatives. This role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, and hands‐on operational expertise across flexible benefits, warrants, pay transparency, and payroll activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProject and Change Management – Flex Income Plan and Federal Mobility BudgetYou will drive the further implementation and expansion of the plan by identifying new benefit options and working closely with HR, Finance, Legal and external vendors. You will develop change management strategies, create training and guidance materials, lead communication initiatives, and act as the primary liaison between internal teams and the BPO FIP partner. You will also support TRO activities linked to FIP and FMB.Compensation Consulting – Warrants and Pay TransparencyYou will review and improve communication materials, respond to employee questions related to bonus payments, and create accessible content such as FAQs and intranet pages. You will support information sessions and follow‐up on feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you will assist Talent Liaisons and the Benefits and Payroll team with activities relating to pay transparency.Operational SupportYou will support BELSPO processes including headcount preparation, diploma follow‐up, and payroll closings. You will run the monthly Darwin closing, manage delta follow‐up with DKV and update eBlox. You will handle medical part-time and work accident "plan de prévoyance" calculations and communication with AXA.Core CompetenciesStrong skills in flexible benefits, change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, problem solving and organisation. Proficiency in warrants, pay transparency, project management, vendor management, data reporting and Belgian social law. A digital mindset and experience with HR tools such as eBlox and the FIP tool are essential.
