We support European Institutions in delivering complex transformation initiatives through high‐quality expertise, strong delivery capabilities, and transparent partnership models.To strengthen our EU Institutions division, we are looking for an experienced Business Development & Account Manager who will manage both the growth and delivery lifecycle of IT Framework Contracts with EU bodies.Role SummaryThis combined role covers both business development and account management responsibilities. You will:Develop Aricoma's presence within EU Institutions.Manage opportunities, proposals, and consortium collaborations under Framework Contracts.Ensure smooth execution of ongoing assignments, consultants' follow-up, and client satisfaction.Act as the primary point of contact for EU clients, partners, and internal teams.You will directly contribute to expanding Aricoma's footprint in IT services FwCs, especially Time & Means engagements, covering areas such as software development, cybersecurity, consulting, infrastructure, and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify, qualify, and track opportunities within EU Institutions under existing and future Framework Contracts.Coordinate responses to Requests for Services (RfS), Specific Contracts, and mini-tenders.Engage with consortium partners and manage teaming arrangements.Negotiate commercial conditions and support pricing strategies.Analyse FwC trends and maintain pipeline forecasts.Represent Aricoma in client workshops, meetings, and EU-level industry events.Account ManagementManage daily communication with EU clients for ongoing services and consultant assignments.Oversee onboarding, administrative documentation, contract modifications, and extensions.Track timesheets, deliverables, and performance to ensure compliance with T&M requirements.Maintain strong relationships with consultants and provide proactive support.Coordinate with HR, Delivery, and Recruitment teams to ensure availability of required profiles.Monitor service quality and identify new opportunities for upselling or improved engagement.Profile & RequirementsProven experience working with EU Institutions (EC, EU Agencies, Parliament, Council, etc.).Strong knowledge of IT Framework Contracts, EU procurement procedures, and T&M delivery.Experience in both Business Development and/or Account/Project Management roles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet short deadlines.Fluent in English (French is an asset).Analytical mindset, autonomy, and high initiative.What We OfferOpportunity to work directly with EU Institutions on impactful IT initiatives.A dynamic and collaborative environment within a growing international group.Competitive compensation package and performance bonuses.Hybrid working model (remote + occasional Brussels presence).Training and long-term career development opportunities.Direct involvement in high-value, strategic FwCs.Apply on this position or send your CV to Jan.Kristof@Aricoma.com or Fernando.Jimenez@Aricoma.com
