This role combines administrative accuracy with a business-oriented mindset, supporting business development activities through lead management and data quality.Key responsibilities:Research, identify and qualify leads for assigned CouncilsManage campaigns and ad-hoc outreach sequences using the CRM systemExecute outreach activities (emails, follow-ups, confirmations, rescheduling) to secure meetings for the commercial teamEnsure accurate and complete customer and prospect data managementHandle daily CRM-related administrative tasks with strong attention to detailAnalyse prospect pools to support new business initiativesCollaborate with international teams (Europe & Asia)Provide general support to business development activitiesYour profileExcellent command of English (daily working language)Education: Secondary education or bachelor's degree (experience and motivation matter more than diplomas)Experience: Junior / starter profile, open to more experienced candidatesGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus)Highly organised, structured and detail-orientedInterest in commercial processes and business prioritiesProactive, assertive and goal-drivenTeam-oriented with a professional, service-minded attitudeAble to work independently with minimal supervisionOpen-minded personality, comfortable in a multicultural environmentValid work permit requiredOfferMonthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000Permanent contract – full-time (37.5 hours/week)Meal vouchers: €7/day80% reimbursement of public transport costs€100 net/month homeworking allowanceHospitalisation insurance (including household members)Group insurance (fully paid by employer)Mobile phone + laptop (private use allowed)20 days of annual leave (+ seniority days after 2 years)Company closure between Christmas and New Year2 days of remote work per weekClear career progression opportunities
